After years of dreaming and searching, Northwest Badminton Academy (NWBA) was opened in January 2019 by a group of passionate badminton players with a vision to grow this sport in Bellevue and its surrounding areas in Washington State.

Washington, has always been in the forefront in producing high quality players in the USA. Yet, the state does not have adequate number of badminton clubs to nurture the upcoming talents. In a bid to catch up with the rest of the world, the NWBA follows a culture of organized practice, education, sport science and competition in order to offer more to the players and society.

We offer recreational activities for everyone in the family: coaching for children, seniors and adults; conditioning classes; summer and winter camps; merchandise sales and many other amenities. NWBA is a competitive but social badminton club who welcomes players of all levels to come and enjoy the game of badminton.
